Lakeland Shores home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Lakeland Shores rose by $49,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 16.7% increase over the $295,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lakeland Shores in the second half of 2017.
