Willernie home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Willernie fell by $9,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,450 - a 4% decrease over the $231,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Willernie in the first half of 2018.
