Woodbury home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Woodbury rose by $22,700 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 682 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,200 - a 7.8% increase over the $292,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 741 homes sold in Woodbury in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Woodbury for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,338, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
