White Bear Lake (Ramsey County) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in White Bear Lake in Ramsey County rose by $23,650 while total sales decreased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 147 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,900 - a 9.8% increase over the $241,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 183 homes sold in White Bear Lake in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in White Bear Lake for 2019 was $2,894. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,634. This marks an increase of 9.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
