North High School issued the following announcement on April 24.
This year, Franklin Band teacher and Local Music Talent, David Billingsley, joined the Polar family to teach a 2nd Semester Band Class. In the Fall, he will be moving up to North full time to expand his talented teaching approach to our Polar Babies. Thanks to the MPS Teaching & Learning Dept for helping to fund our revamped Music program and Franklin Middle School for supporting this upward loop with our Northside students. Look at the village! Watch out Minneapolis! The Best is Yet to Come!
