North High School issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
The North High Robotics Team had their first competition of the season last Saturday. 10th Graders Michael Malone and Jory Peters received the FTC 19-20 Passion Award and trophy!
To quote the Tournament Judge, "This award goes to a team that showed dedication and passion in achieving their goals. They designed a robot that was not only functional but proudly sported their school's colors. They were excited about the engineering process and were determined to create a detailed handwritten engineering notebook. We were impressed with their passion and dedication."
