The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2025 in Washington County rose by $10,000, while total sales decreased by 32.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2025, 444 homes were sold in the county, with sale prices around averaging $400,000. This is a 2.6% increase over the $390,000 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 660 homes sold.

Based on the latest available data from 2022, the median property tax on homes in Washington County was $3,860, which equates to 1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2025.
